Data collected
We collect only users' email addresses at sign-in, via Supabase Authentication. No browsing, location, or behavioral data is collected. No third-party analytics tool is used.
Purpose and legal basis
Collected data is used exclusively for user authentication and session management. Legal basis: contract performance (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Data processors
Supabase Inc. — database and authentication (United States, SOC 2 Type II compliant). Vercel Inc. — application hosting (United States). These processors are contractually required to protect your data in accordance with the GDPR.
Retention period
Account data is retained until the account is deleted or an erasure request is submitted. Session cookies expire automatically when the browser is closed or after 7 days of inactivity.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (Articles 15 to 21), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, as well as to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at demo@lemoine.agency. If you have a complaint, you may contact your national data protection authority.
